HOW WE WORK
We get access to some of the most exciting deals coming out of Nigeria and Africa at a very early stage (pre-seed and seed).
By raising funds upfront to do 3 - 4 deals, we are able to quickly make a decision to invest, often alongside some of the most knowledgeable and established Nigerian VCs and investors. We will typically invest $30,000 - $50,000 in each deal.
Depending on the level of your participation in the Syndicate, you will be notified of deals when we get them and can exercise your voting rights on each deal.
We handle all the paperwork and mechanics from legal registration of the SPV, opening bank accounts, collecting and transferring the funds to the target investment company and producing regular accounts and reports for the fund.

Who We Are
Feyi Fawehinmi is a qualified accountant who has worked across banking, private equity, asset management and insurance in the UK's financial services industry for nearly 20 years. He has worked with a number of Nigerian start-ups in an advisory role in particular providing financial reporting expertise where needed.
He is also the co-author of a well received book on Nigerian history titled Formation: The Making of Nigeria from Jihad to Amalgamation
